Hi Geeh. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Top Load Washer with Front Control Design, Model # WT1501CW does not have a reset switch. Typically, when a top-load washer won't advance to the drain and spin portion of the cycle, suspect a broken lid switch because the timer won't advance to spin if it senses the washer lid is open. The lid switch is a safety feature found on most top loading washing machines. The lid switch supplies power to the timer and motor circuits. The timer is used to control all of the functions of the washer. The machine will require a repair service.
