Can you use laundry soap pods in the washer? null

Yes! A great question. In fact I contacted LG at their website to ask that very question before I purchased. They said yes. I also use the solid bleach pods. I put both IN THE DRUM AND NOT IN THE DISPENSER. LG instructs, do not use pods in the dispenser! Also, LG advises use only one HE pod per load! I have used two pods for big loads, but I take care to have 2-3 extra rinses! You don't want the soap to clog the drains. Similarly, I use only one solid bleach pod. I have had only small loads of white clothes. Again, if I thought a load needed 2 bleach pods I would activate more than one rinse! Finally, for loads of colored clothes I do put a capful of color safe stain remover directly into the drum, NOT IN THE BLEACH DISPENSER.
