Hello there! Thanks for your question. The LG WashTower™ model WKE100HVA is designed as a single integrated unit, combining the washer and dryer into one structure. Unfortunately, if one appliance (washer or dryer) fails, it is not possible to replace just the individual washer or dryer within the unit. You would need to replace the entire WashTower™ system. This is a feature of the design, as both the washer and dryer are built together with shared components and controls.
