Thank you for your answer! It sounds a little like 30% is for the dryer in general, so if the 30% is for the energy saver, then wouldn't the normal setting STILL be better than a regular dryer, since it's recycling the hot air, so that the comparison between the normal and energy saver settings is more like a 15% or 20% difference?
