“I saw in another answered question that LG does not recommend a drain pan. Why is that? I'm looking at installing this on the top floor of my house, so it would seem unwise to not have a drain pan underneath it.”

• Hello, it depends on your discretion. Most of the customers use the drain pan if they have woods for flooring.^Venette
