Not sure if it's second floor rated, but there is no vibration from mine. It's so quiet I've gone to check and make sure I turned it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When this unit was installed in my condo, I was told it is self adjusting to prevent vibration. So far I haven't had to do any manual adjustments and there is no vibration.
