QuestionHow do i get the dryer to actually get hot and dry clothes. It is a pretty appliance wiith what appears to be fancy features. I just want it to dry my clothes. I have had to dry at least 3x. I have tried different settings, timed settings nothing works.

QuestionThe manual says to place a laundry pod directly in to the washer drum and to only use ONE pod per load. I was wondering if I could use TWO pods for a larger load?

- Answer You really do not need two pods. The clothes get clean with minimal soap. You can put more in but it’s a waste. These machines use less water in wash do you may need an extra rinse. But I’d save money and just use one pod.

- Answer I recently cleaned ours and I can confirm it does not have a drum cleaning cycle. The directions on the cleaner said to run a normal cycle with hot water. It seemed to work.
