Thank you for your interest in the LG Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer (WKGX201HBA) model. When the manual says the vent outlet can be relocated to the left of the machine, it means the left side when facing the front of the machine. Which states that the gas dryers can be vented through the knockout panel on the left side of the unit as you are facing it.
