Questionc LG WM2010cw . Our biggest complaint is there are three shocks attached to the drum. The drum easily went out of balance causing the shocks to detach. We have replaced all the shocks and the boot seal twice. Has this design been corrected?

QuestionEvery time I use the washer, within 24 hours there is a 1/2 gallon of water in the machine. I've checked when the load is done and there is no water. It take about a day and then there it is, every time? Did we hook up the drain wrong? Please advise.
