“From the smallest to the largest load, everything is TERRIBLY wrinkled when cycle is finished. I have put them back in and rinsed again to see if it would help & at a lower speed. Everything is always flattened up against the back of the drum. Help!”

I have to respond to first answer given: In my question, I purposely said small and lower speed to show that I was not overloading the washer, nor using too high of a speed. But the answer mentioned both size and speed being at least part of the problem - so it was obviously not helpful. I don't think FIVE items or a bit over half-full should be considered too large of a load. And I first researched via LG website and Best Buy to seek solutions before I asked my question. Been doing laundry over 55 years and never had these issues. Was excited to get the new washer - the excitement has waned. Not being cranky - just want my washer to work!

Ultra Large Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Front Load Washer, Model # WM3700HWA, that's an indication that your loads are too big. If the drum is overloaded, the clothing can come out wrinkled due to improper tumbling. Your clothing needs room to tumble freely. Too many items in the washer for the load size does not allow the clothing items to stretch out during the wash causing them to bunch up which leads to excessive wrinkling. Some wrinkles are caused due to high spin speeds as the clothing is forced against the drum. Too much detergent usage will leave residue in the clothing which can cause wrinkles. Only use HE Detergent, and if there are excess suds, reduce the amount of detergent you use on the next cycle. By doing so, the washer will be able to rinse the detergent out completely and there is no residue to weigh down the clothing that causes the wrinkles. Too much Fabric softener will also have the same effect as using too much detergent. Dilute thicker fabric softeners half and half with water so that they will dispense properly...^IFV
