It's for this reason this reason, that it is recommended to leave the door or lid open in between loads to give the machine time to dry. If you don't want to leave the door open, then you will need to always move your laundry to the dryer promptly, and ensure that you use a cloth to wipe the gaskets, the drum, and wipe any moisture from the cabinet to make sure that the washer is as dry as possible...^Ivan
