A:AnswerRegrettably, I do not have that specification. You can try the LG Community Forum, it a great resource for getting help from other LG customers: https://lgcommunity.us.com. ^Daphane
A:AnswerHello there! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern regarding water hammer issues, especially after having them with your 2016 LG washer. The WM4000HBA model has been designed with updated technology to minimize such issues, but depending on your home’s water pressure and plumbing setup, it’s possible that water hammering could still occur. We recommend installing a water hammer arrestor in your plumbing system, which can help absorb the shock caused by water flow changes, thereby reducing or eliminating the noise.

A:AnswerAn electric dryer typically requires a 240-volt outlet. If you do not have this already it will need to be installed by a licensed electrician. If you do need this installed, I suggest getting bids from several electricians before deciding to replace the gas dryer.
A:AnswerNot so far... Consider putting small loose items inside of a laundry bag made of netting, but perhaps there was a defect in the design of your model.
A:AnswerWithout the model number of your existing dryer, I am unable to confirm compatibility for stacking. Please reach out to our technical support team via private message on Facebook @LGUSSupport and use #VOC in your first message to our social media support team or call at 800-243-0000. Also, be sure to provide your contact information, model/serial numbers and date of purchase. ^Daphane
A:AnswerAn internal water heater is not listed in the specifications for this model, https://www.lg.com/us/support/products/documents/WM4000H_A%20Spec%20Sheet.pdf. Your hot water heater should be set to deliver water at 120–135 °F (48–57 °C) to allow the washer to properly control wash temperatures. ^Daphane
A:AnswerI no longer have a pet but there are so many settings too choose from I think you may be satisfied. I once had a lab and pet hair was an issue but my washers did a fair job. I don’t think with lab air I was ever to have it gone. But it was clean.
