Hi there! Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with the WT7000CW washer. We understand how concerning it can be when the spin cycle seems to take longer than expected. Typically, the spin cycle should last around 8 to 12 minutes, depending on the load size and the level of moisture in the clothes. However, certain factors such as a larger load, a higher moisture level, or the washer trying to balance the load could cause the cycle to extend slightly. If you’re consistently experiencing spin cycles that last 20+ minutes, it could be a sign of a possible issue with the washer's sensors or programming. We recommend checking the washer’s drain filter to ensure it’s clear and that the washer is draining properly. Additionally, resetting the washer by unplugging it for a few minutes may help resolve any temporary glitches.
