We regret to read about the issues that you are currently experiencing when attempting to use your Roku with the LG 43 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM6910PUA and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Did your Roku device come with an HDMI cable as an included accessory and are you suing that cable to connect to the TV? There are reports of this issue in the Roku community in which the issue was resolved by using the HDMI cable that came with the Roku device.
