I rec'd it undamaged. I had it put on a wall swivel mount, straight out the box, color is brilliant & picture is unbelievable. Very good price, worth every penny! Wi-Fi works great, along w/Fire Stick.. Highly Recommend

I picked this tv for my girlfriend, she’s not picky about television picture quality...but I am! I was very surprised at the high quality 4K picture, very clear, sharp, with uniform back lighting, and deep black level. The sound quality was also good. The remote is easy to use, and the menus can be navigated smoothly enough. I picked this model because, in addition to Alexa, it is also compatible with Apple and HomeKit, so we can screen mirror our iPhones without any extra equipment! The one small issue is that wi-fi connectivity seems a bit difficult. The tv is on a floor below the router, so this might be the problem overall. Also, when turning on the tv, it seems to default to the cable/antennae...which is not hooked up, so we keep getting startled by the snow and loud static on the screen. Once we figure out how to change that, I think it will be great! A good 4K for the price, with a multitude of compatible apps!

I bought this set to replace an older TLC 720p set we had had for several years. We have an older LG 4K Tv that we love and that prompted us to try LG again. So far we are happy with the purchase. The 4K is a nice upgrade from the 720p and the menus, guides and DVR settings are much easier to read on this set. The sound system is pretty good but I decided to add the LG 4.1 surround sound unit to this set and we are not disappointed. Really adds that missing depth to movies and just wakes up everything else!

Recently bought this unit as a replacement for a broken Sony. Though I will admit I prefer the picture of a Sony Bravia, for a little over 200 bucks, this TV is a great value. The picture is clean and bright and on devices that support HDR 10, you can get some really vibrant colors and impressive brights and darks. For anyone looking for a TV on the cheap to enjoy movies and games, it's a great choice. The gaming preset is a huge win on this unit as well. Input lag as hardly noticeable and with HDR games it's a really great experience. Ended up buying the LG SL4Y soundbar with this and couldn't be happier. The sound bar and sub synced to the TV right away so now the soundbar and TV are controlled by one remote. Never thought I'd say this but really loving the LG brand now and glad I made the purchase.

Upgraded my workout room TV from an 8 year old 32" dumb TV. I now have a 43" smart TV that cost half as much as the old one did. I didn't need the high end super duper picture option, but honestly I can't tell the picture difference between this and my other higher end LGs that cost 3x. I needed smart, super light, easily mountable and reliable, and that's what I got.

I'm not an expert, but I will share my views as a casual consumer. This TV will not rival higher end models for color, picture, or brightness. It is best bought for casual or non discerning users. For example, a TV for the kids, or a smaller TV to put in your bedroom, or a game room primarily for your console use. For our needs, this TV is perfect and at a great price. My family uses it occasionally to watch Netflix, play Xbox / Switch games, put on as background news during semi work time. The picture is very good, colors and brightness are above average, and it shines in the smart TV functionality. The webtv os and quick settings is a feature I highly appreciate. It is quick, simple, and again... Not at all intended for videophiles as there isn't much to tinker with in settings. It you do casual streaming, gaming, or watch TV from time to time, you can't go wrong here. Great price for value shopper, if you're looking for something super fancy... Spend a few hundred more on a higher tier TV. Else, you will be thrilled with your purchase. Only minor complaint is the plastic boxy deal and odd leg design, it's 2020, LG needs to up their game on the anesthetics front. That said, for pure functionality and casual use 5/5.

My new 43" LG TV is working great! It is very light weight so I was able to lift it onto TV stand myself. Connection ports on rear were marked well and it was easy to attach all other equipment. The picture / color is beautiful! Remote control is easy to use. I am very happy with my purchase - and Geek Squad picked up my old broken TV to recycle. Awesome!

Pretty happy with the setup, however, factory mode message comes up every time it’s turned on. Instructed to press the “instop” button which does not exist on supplied remote. Strange.

Great TV, beautiful picture . Don't necessarily need cable tv to operate and watch tv. That was my reason to finally get a smart tv was to totally drop cable and now I am able to do so. 43 " is also a great size not too big or small and LG is a great brand.

The price is what got me interested. I needed a better tv for my bedroom. Picture quality is great. Easy to hook up. Great options. I love it. I would buy another one.

This was my first 4K TV purchased, and I really enjoying it! I'm not an expert on these types of TVs but the picture quality really looks good! All of the movies I see on Netflix looks great! I'm able to stream all my apps on this TV easily. The sound quality sounds great! It's very loud! Mostly, I used this TV for my PS4. It looks great while I'm gaming. I'm very satisfied with my purchased!

I bought this Tv from abroad after comparing on best buy site several review and i send it as a gift for my family in NY during the spread of covid19. I am not going to tell how much this item was amazing, but about the dealing itself, the item was broken on drlivery after being shiped from another state inside usa, my kids were upset a little bit but the much more important was that best buy company hurried up to deliver another new packed one after few days without any fees. This is how best buy dealt with me and it desurve from my part to show its respect for its clients. Thanks

Picture is crisp clear and the sound is amazing LG tvs always have amazing sound quality i have had a samsung and toshibsa and LG beats them both in my option. Even the Lg remote is better samsung remotes dont tell you what buttons do what LG remotes are very clear and precise TV is s breeze to set up.

I was stunned at just how amazing the picture is considering the extemely low cost! I bought this for my son who plays PS4 and watches YouTube and he absolutely loves it. Perfect size, amazing price and great picture! LG always makes amazing TVs.

It came yesterday and my grandson who is a computer geek got it set up for me. I had an old 26 inch Panasonic that still had a nice picture. But the clarity of this tv is almost like having the person in the room with me.
