“Does anyone know how to access the service menu or “Hidden Menu” as some call it? I’m convinced there are settings that will enhance he picture.”

Easiest way is to by a replacement factory svc remote. Mine was $8..00 and I got it in 2 days. It's awesome changing the tv to oled thru the ser ice menu.

The service menu, or hidden menu for the LG NanoCell 85 Series 2020 49 inch Class 4K Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (48.5'' Diag), Model # 49NANO085UNA or for our TVs is only available to Authorized Qualified service technicians. Settings and values in the settings cannot be saved and if you make a mistake, you can ruin the TV permanently...^IFV
