To clean the drain pump filter, follow these steps to help maintain smooth operation and prevent drainage issues: Place a towel or a shallow pan under the access panel to catch any water that drains out. Use a flat tool like a coin or a flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the small rectangular or circular panel on the front bottom of the washer.
