I scanned the QR code and it says this model isn't supported. I try to add it without the QR code and it says to hold the Delay-Start for 3 seconds but it does nothing. There is no WiFi symbol on the button. The model is WM3470CW so it's the right model. null

Hi there, Daniel. Thank you for reaching out about your LG WM3470CW Front Load Washer. We understand you're having difficulty connecting your washer to Wi-Fi and using the ThinQ® app.

This model does not support LG ThinQ® Smart Technology, which is why the QR code scanning and the attempt to connect through the Delay Start button are not working. While it does feature SmartDiagnosis™ for troubleshooting, it doesn't have Wi-Fi connectivity for smart functions.
