“I purchased this set roughly 3 months ago. It seems to either stop mid washing on normal setting, at the rinse cycle. It’ll stay there for hours, when it only says 20 minutes on the display. I’ve tried restarting to no avail. Why?”

Check to see if ur load is uneven. I actually would call them to come service it if it is under warranty
