The subwoofer and the surround speakers will always need a wireless signal, but they don't have to be paired and have no noticeable delay because it's not a traditional Bluetooth signal. The soundbar itself can be connected directly to your TV (and this is generally recommended to get rid of any delay that Bluetooth would add in) through either an HDMI cable connected to the ARC or eARC port on your TV, or through the optical audio connection with a fiber optic cable. (the little door with a glowing red light on the back of your TV is for this)

The main bar does not have speaker ports for wiring them...^Ivan.
