“How is it that you advertised this unit with remote control and even have in the questions section if it comes with remote control and answers yes. Yet unit does not come with it. Purchased 2 of these units based of that and is falsely advertised?”

If the remote still isn’t present, another quick step is to look for the remote holder slot on the bottom or side of the unit—it’s possible it wasn’t removed from there during setup.
