First, please double-check all packaging materials, including any accessory compartments or inside the cardboard inserts. Occasionally, the remote can be tucked beneath protective foam or within a small plastic bag attached to the unit, so make sure nothing has been overlooked. If the remote still isn’t present, another quick step is to look for the remote holder slot on the bottom or side of the unit—it’s possible it wasn’t removed from there during setup. Since you purchased this model from Best Buy and they’re currently missing the advertised remote, we recommend contacting Best Buy’s customer service to report the missing accessory.
