    Great Air Con! App doesn't work.

    Great air conditioner! Works reliably and keeps my 1 bedroom apartment pretty cool. Easy to install, though it's VERY heavy. Haven't noticed a terrible increase in my energy bills. Looks nice in my window. Pretty loud, but that's just air conditioners. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the app to work and GE's customer assistance is useless and an absolute nightmare to try and get in contact with. So, don't expect anything from them if the smart function of your machine doesn't work!

    Easy To Use - Works Well

    My husband installed this window unit and we have been loving it. It cools the room quickly, and I love the remote control option which allows us some flexibility. We have even downloaded the app so that we can turn the unit on a few minutes before we get home when needed. One down side is that the extensions were not long enough to fit the width of our window, so he had to "get creative" with the right side of the window. This was a great investment overall.

    Cools like crazy, great value for money

    This AC exceeded my expectations. I installed it in a fairly large room (around 15x30), and it cools the space incredibly fast. Within minutes, you can feel the difference, it gets properly cold, not just “slightly cooler,” which is exactly what I was looking for. One of the biggest wins for me was the price. I compared this model across multiple stores before buying, and Best Buy had the best deal by far. For the performance you get, it feels like a steal. Setup was straightforward, and the smart features plus remote make it really convenient to control. Overall, super satisfied with the purchase, powerful cooling, solid build, and great value. Would definitely recommend if you need something reliable for a bigger room.

    Great AC unit

    Unit is quieter when compared to others of equal size. Comes with all brackets needed to be mounted securely. Works great to cool off the entire apartment. The app is the best part with the ability to see what the temp is and adjust as needed.
