Bought 2 of these units 1 for myself and 1 for a family member. The units work well but I purchased these units because they are advertised on best buy and lgs website as with remote control. I specifially looked for that feature as the second unit for my family member remote control is preferred due to mobility issues and did not come to find out it did not come with remote after I spent the time installing it. Extremely disappointed in the false advertising on both best buy and @lg websites about this product. Have attached screen shot of best buys product description as stated on the site.

Got the unit worked for a day then stopped blowing cold since will be returning maybe just bad unit but dont have the time to try again will get something else
