Actually the price of the E6 is much more. At least $700.00 more. No the picture is not better. It has the picture on glass design ( thinner) and the E6 has a built in front facing soundbar which has bettter sound. Both great...I bought both of them. I'm not a 3D user so I can't comment on it's usefulness.

This TV is not 3D capable.
