To get the sound. Go to settings. Audio output. Your Sony receiver takes Bitstream or PCM. You will have to check which one works for you

Not quite sure what your goal is. The pictures on screen you are describing is part of the TV operating system. (Web OS) To get your receiver to work correctly to go your sound settings and adjust them to connect to your receiver.
