Hi Wayne. Most current playback devices already have the ability to decode DTS audio so there's no need for the decoder to be included in the LG GX 55 inch Class with Gallery Design 4K Smart OLED TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55GXPUA. If you wish to to listen to DTS content from yourr BluRay disc player you can do so by setting the audio output of the player to PCM (pulse code modulation). The TV can both play that audio as well as pass it over eARC to a compatible eARC audio device. For consumers who wish to play DTS:X content, their source devices need to output the audio directly to an audio product with DTS:X support...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The TV doesn't decode DTS or Dolby, but if you plug in a blu-ray player which does decode DTS, the output to the TV speakers will be DTS. However you'll still need more speakers if you want the full surround sound experience. The TV speakers are good, but doesn't provide for that. Great TV!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Should work. Tv works with both alexa and apple airplay. DTS says it works with those also
