So far I did not find the way to do this simultaneously. It disables internal speakers as soon I confirm access to Bluetooth headset. The only available simultaneous option with Bluetooth is optical output for external audio devices. This is a pity, because I have the same situation with my wife and similar 55" Samsung 4k HD model I decided to upgrade for this one did have this feature.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t know if you can pair Bluetooth headphones to the tv. I haven’t tried it. But I’m sure you can probably pair them or find an alternative to having headphones connected to the tv. I would look into some forums about the tv or a YouTube.
