Did you mean LG since this is an LG OLED? Whether you meant Sony or LG, it's just too early to ask that question. The only way we'll know the differences is when they announce new features for 2018 and that probably won't happen until...wait for it...2018. One thing they probably will have though since they just announced the spec being finalized, is HDMI 2.1. Google it to learn more. Sony's 2017 OLED's came out around June I believe and LG's OLED models came out around March and April so we should expect similar release dates for next year.

Their picture quality is very similar to the LG OLED TVs, though, so it's not worth it if you have a home theater setup. I recommend seeing Digital Trend's video on the differences between the two TVs. The video is only a couple minutes long.
