Of course it is. It would be no different than placing it on a different piece of furniture. Just be sure that the platform is wide and deep enough to handle some incidental shifting back and forth or side to side without falling off the platform - like when the tv is shifted to access the ports at the back.

Please try again later.You could certainly put anything you want under your TV, but I would not risk a fall of my expensive OLED TV for the sake of being able to fit a sound bar in front of it. You are much better off hanging your C9 on the wall, like I did, and positioning the sound bar on top of a TV stand placed under the television.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased a new TV stand as well when I bought my TV and thought that might be an answer to my problem. The business where I bought my new TV stand also made sound bar covers. So you actually put your TV on top of the stand and the sound bar goes underneath. Really didn’t want to spend the extra money but I found moving the sound bar forward from the TV actually helped with the reception when using my remote
