QuestionI need the dimensions for the stand only?

- Answer The stand per se is ~20.5" wide at the back, narrowing to 16" at the front and 6.5" from front to back. There is a front bezel for looks (~38" wide and 4" deep) but it is optional.

- Answer Sounds much better than typical for this type of thin TV. Sound bar probably not much better, if at all. The real improvement comes when add a receiver and speakers.

QuestionHow much does this tv weigh?

- Answer Box weights ~90lbs. The optional stand weighs ~17lbs, the TV itself weighs 56lb. B/c the top half of TV is so thin you MUST handle it from below. One person can do it, but it's really a 2 person job.

QuestionDoes this OLED TV support dual voltage? I see Sony A8G supports 110 V - 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz (U.S.A./Canada 120 V AC, 60 Hz) however LG C9 says AC 120 V ~ 50 / 60 Hz

- Answer Hello, this TV is manufactured for use in the USA and does require 120Vac for optimal operation, however, the TV can withstand up to 240Vac with an adapter if needed. ^CP

- Answer LG does not warranty burnin but Best Buy does. I bought the Best Buy warranty. I had a 4 year old LG OLED that was badly burned but OLED still has the best picture with its stunning blacks so I bought it again.

- Answer Refresh rate is an LED LCD specification. OLEDs have a native 120 Hertz panel and have a refresh rate of as low as 0.001 ms which for reference is around 1,000 times faster that a standard LED LCD panel. ^CP

QuestionHow does the C9OLED perform in a bright (sun) lit room? Not necessarily direct sunlight, but a well lit living room. Is there a loss of colors or viewing difficulty? etc.

- Answer I have the c9 in a room with two large skylights and two double French doors with built in blinds. This room is very bright. I basically leave the setting on expert dark room setting 24-7 with no issues. It has much brighter settings as well. You can’t go wrong with this set.

QuestionWhat does HDR Stand for?

- Answer HDR Stands for High Dynamic Range. Basically making the whites more bright and the blacks and shaded areas more dark. The goal is to get an image with a wider color gamut and to keep details on lower lit parts of the scenes or images you are viewing so everything looks natural as if you were looking at it directly.

In the meantime, since the LG C9 65 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65C9PUA supports AirPlay 2, you can play Apple TV+ original shows and movies from the Apple TV app on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac directly to the TV. The YouTube TV app is a compatible app that can be downloaded and installed on the TV from the LG Content Store (App Store). You can launch the LG Content Store feature from the TV's home screen and search for the app...^IFV

QuestionThe depth with the stand is 9.9 inches. So the stand itself; how many of those inches are on the rear side of the tv and how many stick out from the front? I am trying to fit this in a space above my fireplace and need to make sure it will fit.

- Answer It is WiSA-ready, but you will need to purchase a WiSA transmitter that plugs into a USB port on the TV in order to transmit an audio WiSA signal to WiSA-capable speakers. In other words, the C9 has the required software to send sound to WiSA speakers but lacks a built-in WiSA transmitter.

- Answer This TV does EVERYTHING well. It is the best looking TV I've ever seen; however, it really shines with 4K content which is still few and far between. My LG OLED just went out after a year so if you decide to purchase one, do yourself a favor and get an extended warranty. Unfortunately, this technology is so new it isn't reliable enough.
