• A:Answer Your TV should have come with an instruction manual for your remote (unless you purchased an open box). If so, I'm not sure what website provides information concerning the remote. I'd start looking on LG's webpage. If that doesn't work there's always google. What are you specifically trying to do with the remote? If you're trying to give a verbal command I think you have to HOLD the button with the microphone on it while you talk.
