• No. But the viewing angle is something like 140 degrees. Hope that helps.

• No it does not swivel, it attaches to the back of the TV with 4 screws and is a solid stand. Sanus makes a TV stand replacement that bolts to the wall mounting location and swivels. You could look into that.
