The length of the screws depends on the depth or thickness of the VESA Compliant Wall Mount that you use. If you are looking to replace lost screws for a current wall mount, it should have come with an installation manual that lists the width and length of the screws that came as included accessories with the mount. Usually the all mounts come with two or three sets of screws of varying length with spacers you can use if the screws are too long. You can also measure the depth for the wall mount to determine the length needed.
