“Just got this dryer... The white Energy Star certified version. Ran a Normal/Cotton cycle about half full, let it run 40 minutes, am clothes were still wet and felt zero heat. I switched to Heavy Duty to get clothes dry, and dryer is at least getting hot. What can I do to rectify this problem? Delivery person told me this when he dropped it off, that they thought some of these dryers they droped off were "broken" due to the same issue. Anything I'm missing here?”

My Amana dryer at first, I dryed sweatpants and sweat shirts that were still damp or wet. I unplugged the 220 plug for about 3-5 minutes then plugged it back in and it resets the computer and it has been drying good ever since ,So I will do this once in a while if I have too or not? This worked for me or call the manufacture and tell them your problem?
