A:AnswerThe specifications say the product depth is 28 3/8". To that you will have to add the depth of the dryer vent, if it is venting from the back and the dryer vent is protruding from the wall. You may want to check your current laundry configuration. In my case I had to allow for an extra 4" in the back for the vent.

Yesterday I leaned down into the drum to look around and as I did, my hand was poked on something sharp.
I ran my hand around the drum and there are actually burrs all over in it.
Just to make sure I wasn't crazy,, I asked my daughter to check it....and she instantly caught a sharp metal burr that ripped her skin.
Together, we've probably had about $500 worth of clothing completely destroyed.
Tomorrow we'll be calling customer service for sure.
A:Answerin the manual and website it can be vented to the left, I'm not sure about the right, ,I would check both of those locations and it will let you know.
A:AnswerMy Amana dryer at first, I dryed sweatpants and sweat shirts that were still damp or wet. I unplugged the 220 plug for about 3-5 minutes then plugged it back in and it resets the computer and it has been drying good ever since ,So I will do this once in a while if I have too or not?
This worked for me or call the manufacture and tell them your problem?
