• Yes. IMHO, one of the best. No problems and very efficient!!! I have matching washer as well. Very, Very, happy with purchase.

• Yes! The LG Dryer you are asking about is Energy Star Certified. I do not know of too much out there in appliances that is not certified these days. The dryer is GREAT!
