“The door is supposed to open from the top and with a side hinge. Our dryer was delivered a week ago and the door opened both ways, now we can only open from the top. Is there a lock that sets it to open one way only that we set by mistake?”

If you push the lever down it will only open from the top. If you just pull the door open it will open from the left!
