• Yes they scratched it when they delivered it and Best Buy still has done nothing about it.

• Triple check that you receive the right color if you do order the black steel. I ordered the black steel & received the gray. It was too late once we got the machines home as we didn’t unpackage until we got them home. We were desperate for a washer/dryer and didn’t want to hassle with returning & waiting longer to receive the correct color.
