It's just a hose like a garden hose that delivery guys brought. Don't know if they'd make one that long and if practical to run it where needed. Might take detailed pictures and ask salesman. Delivery guys were efficient.

yes you need the water line if using steam function. you will need to get an extension to reach that far or have plumber do a dedicated line with shut off (cold supply)

Yes, for the steam function the dryer must be connected to the cold water tap using a new water supply hose. Do not use old hoses.
