I recently bought this, and it has a steam cycle but I don't have a tray to pull out where the water goes. How does this get water if the tray doesn't come out ? null

The dryer must be connected to the cold water tap using the new water supply hose. ^Daphane

So I figured it out - Best Buy didn't deliver and install this properly. The piece that was supposed to connect this never came and they didn't install it. I spent nearly an hour across 4 reps over chat trying to come to that understanding, and they still haven't given me a time when they're going to come back and install it.
