Is there a real problem if we reject the code? null

Is your vent hose twisted at all between the dryer and the wall? We had the same problem. I had to convince the installer to shorten the hose and install it directly so it was straight on with no twists. Since then, 6 months, no “vent blocked” codes and all runs beautifully, fully dried loads.
