Like no sound coming out of it at all? I noticed when streaming through Bluetooth, or just connecting an XM receiver to the Port-In, there really isn't any bass... but there still is sound coming out of the woofer. Sorry this really isn't an actual solution, just my experience with mine as well.

The LG 700W 2.1ch Mini Shelf System with Built-in Subwoofer and Bluetooth®, Model # CM4550 has an FM tuner (FM Tuning Range (50kHz / 100kHz) ---- 87.5 ~ 108.0 MHz) and what we are not clear on is what you are activating your Sirius Radio from. Is this a device that is connected to the CM4550 through its auxiliary input? Unfortunately, we do not have enough information on this nor on how the signal is being transmitted to the CM4550 to determine where the issue may be. You can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance troubleshooting this. However, you might first want to contact the manufacturer for the device that you are activating your Sirius Radio from assuming that you have a device connected to the CM4550 that you are streaming the Sirius radio from to inquire how the audio is output...^IFV
