“I just picked up the LG - 86" Class UN8500 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV and the picture quality is pixelated at times, blurry at times and it jerks at times. I have tried every advanced option on this TV to get the picture desirable but no luck. HELP”

What type of service are you using with the LG UHD 85 Series 86 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (85.6'' Diag), Model # 86UN8570PUC, an antenna or cable service provider and how do you have the TV connected to to your cable set-top box? Are you using an HDMI cable or a coaxial cable. Please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance.
