Doubtful. This drive is not a 4K drive. It can't read 4K (I've tried), so I doubt it can write 4K. And nowhere in the item description, on the packaging, or in the software does it say anything about 4K capability. It's my understanding that 4K drives both read and spin at a higher rate, so you'll need a 4K Blu-ray drive.
