- Answer Yes. Your Mac will treat this as another drive and the files will be available to view and copy - drag and drop. Keep in mind that optical disc will not be able to transfer data at the speeds of hard disc or solid state drives, so depending on the size and number of photos, viewing/copying can be a slow process....
