- Answer Yes but only the disk sent with the player as of yet and all was done while online I have yet to try offline as internet is not available where I live in rural Big Island Hawaii. Will let you know when I I try on tablet offline.

- Answer It should. I just bought one for my Mac that runs El Capitan, which, correct me if I’m wrong, high sierra is above El Capitan. Works great though for what I need.

QuestionIs this compatable with Chrom OS? If not why is it advertised as an option by Best Buy? I see Windows but not being fluent in tech I don't believe Chrom OS is Windows. So again why is it advertised and what can I use as an external driver.

QuestionJust got a Samsung Chrombook Pro, Best Buy adverts an ext driver with it. Some say it is and isn't compatable. So which is it? We were told to use thumb drvs but he wants ext driver w/o limits.He may be a Treky but isn't a techy so please keep it simple.

- Answer Yeah, the sales associate tried to sell me on the thumb drives, but I couldn't agree with his logic. So, I purchased the burner, it works great, and of course there is no issue regarding permanent storage (not to mention the ridiculous cost of copying music and photos to thumb drives!). I hope this helps!!
