“Will the A927KGMS universal power nozzle scratch hardwood floors?”

• The Universal Power Nozzle is just OK on hard floors. Has no height adjustment and tends to kick out small debris while vacuuming. I'd rate the universal floor brush as average, at best. There's definitely better out there if vacuuming hard floors is important to you.

• Hi, I have used this for some time, the floor power nozzle is very well padded, it does not scratch floor, and is also very quite to use.
