A:AnswerThe Universal Power Nozzle is just OK on hard floors. Has no height adjustment and tends to kick out small debris while vacuuming. I'd rate the universal floor brush as average, at best. There's definitely better out there if vacuuming hard floors is important to you.

A:AnswerI never tried as I hadn't had a chance to but I believe you then could empty the dirt below the compressor first and then remove the filters at the top as if you're washing them that could allow you to have access to the upper part?
