• Of course it is unlocked with all frequencies it can support Voice over LTE , but ATT is not offering it yet Thanks sinvanco.com

• Yes. The "VoLTE" option is under Settings -> Call. I think this is part of LG's software, as I've had it on my last 3 LG phones (T-Mobile).
